Mollie Mills Diggs, 63 of Temple Hills, MD, formerly of Leonardtown, MD, died March 19, 2004 in Hyattsville, MD. Born January 31, 1941 in Pearson, MD she was the daughter of the late Madeline Hebb and Daniel Mills. She was the devoted mother of Joyce M. Diggs of New Carrolton, MD, Sharon V. Covington of Temple Hills, MD and Randolph Diggs of Washington, DC. She was the sister of Mary Susie Mills and Edith McFadden of Leonardtown, MD, Charles B. Mills of District Heights, MD and Lena C. Buckson of Washington, DC. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren. Ms. Diggs graduated from Banneker High School in 1961 and was a homemaker. The family will receive friends Friday, March 26, 2004 from 9-10:00 AM in Our Lady's Catholic Church in Leonardtown, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM with Father John Barry officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers for Ms. Diggs will be her family and friends.
